As the Fall comes to a close and fall marathons come and go, you should be looking to sign up for a future race – maybe a spring marathon or a few 5k and 10k’s. While spending money on race registrations, you should also consider getting your very own personal, private running coach.
As your coach, I will provide weekly workouts; running and strength workouts. I can be your sounding board for any questions or issues you may have.
If you are unsure about a run, a workout, or you have a scheduling conflict: you can reach out to me. If you are ready for more mileage (or need less mileage), I’m there for you.
I currently work with athletes from all across the country (even internationally) and work with runners with all different abilities, backgrounds and goals. If you’re looking for some special attention that a generic training program cannot provide, I am your coach.
