Training has been going much better lately! Got in an 11 mile run today - at 6:43 pace - and even though I'm a bit sore right now, I finished it.

I was just reading some track news and found out that my only meet record was just broken. My senior year in HS I ran a mile at the Bishop Loughlin Games right after Foot Locker Nationals. I ran 4:15.2 and apparently, the record has stood....until yesterday. The newest Foot Locker Champ - Edward Cheserek - ran a 4:09 and broke my time. Happy for him and hope he has a tremendous HS and collegiate career.
